Ice cream is something we all crave and usually falls into the category of unhealthy treats, it turns
out there are a ton of ways to upgrade your scoop. An easy way to transform ice cream into a healthier sweet is to use any fruit as the base of your
recipe. This recipe is so easy to do with only 3 ingredients and no added sugar you will love it!

- Ingredients
- Almond milk
- Organic cocoa nibs
- Custard apple or ( banana, strawberry) whatever you want! Also you can mix fruits!
- Steps
- Pick any fruit you want to use as a base and leave it on the freezer for 6 hours
- Add your fruits mixture, cacao nibs and a little bit of almond milk to the blender and blend until they reach the perfect consistency
- When your ice cream stops moving in the blender, you will want to stop and scrape down the pitcher of the blender and stir a few times. About 3 minutes of total blending time.
- Your frozen fruit may separate into tiny frozen chunks before it becomes a fabulous creamy consistency, BE PATIENT!
