WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We offer a credit for any unworn swimwear and clothing, for another size, color or style, when returned within 30 days. Credit notes do not expire and may be used at any time, for any item. We do not offer refunds -- all items are non-refundable.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders are shipped through DHL Express with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Please note we can not ship to P.O Boxes as generally shipments require a signature on delivery.
Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Really easy – initiate a return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
and include your name and order number. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and return address via email. We make your return easy to our warehouse in LOS ANGELES.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After dispatch your order will arrive within 6 / 7 business days.
Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.
How can I track my order?
After your parcel has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by DHL where you can track your package.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Contact email@example.com
Duties and taxes:
Aguaviva swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
Will my shipping be delayed due to the recent health crisis?
