Hey girls! We are bringing this healthy snack for the afternoon. This apple cinnamon energy ball is so good the perfect combination of protein, good carbs, healthy fats and high fiber. All you have to do is throw everything into a food processor, blend, form into a ball, and enjoy! Hopefully you love this recipe as much as we love doing this for you. xox
Store the energy bites in the refrigerator or freezer and VOILA IS READY!
- Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apples
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 1/2 cup old oats
- Pinch of stevia
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 4 tbsp of water, more if needed
- Instructions:
- Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until mixture turns into a paste or dough like consistency.
- Scoop out large tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a balls.
Store the energy bites in the refrigerator or freezer and VOILA IS READY!
